Designed for school-aged children, our swimming lessons are divided into progressive stages. Each stage encourages young swimmers to develop their skills, building both confidence and competence in the water.

Our baby and toddler swimming lessons are designed for children aged 3 months to 4 years old. These classes help build water confidence in a fun and supportive environment. An adult must accompany the child in the water during each session.

Our adult swimming lessons are suitable for all abilities. Whether you're looking to build confidence, refine your technique, or improve your stamina, we have a class to suit your needs.
Our week-long intensive lessons help children progress faster through Swim England stages 1-5, promoting Safer, Smarter, and Stronger swimming.

Our curriculum covers all 7 primary stages of swimming, incorporating essential training and knowledge checks.
