Looking for a new challenge? Why not learn skills that can help you to keep yourself and others safe around all different areas of water? Rookie Lifeguard will introduce different types of rescue techniques, first aid and build on existing swimming skills. It can also be the first step to becoming a lifeguard or a swimming teacher at one of our centres! This course is available to anyone who can swim 100m competently and is confident in deep water, not just those swimmers who have completed the core Learn to Swim pathway.
