At Geoff Moulder Leisure Complex, we offer a wide range of group exercise classes to suit all fitness levels and interests. Our timetable includes 30+ classes per week, featuring Group Cycling, Yoga, Pilates, Aqua Aerobics, and renowned Les Mills workouts. With two dedicated group exercise studios, there's always a session to fit your schedule.
