Yoga Workshop with Gayanne
Short activity description: Come join Gayanne for a yoga workshop. It will follow on from the yoga class

Suitable for which age group/s: Suitable whether you are a complete beginner or avid yoga attendee. This session will leave you feeling stretched, with a clear focus and relaxed from your head to your toes
What to Bring: Water bottle, wear loose gym clothing, yoga mat (optional) warm jumper or zip up top for relaxation, to keep you warm and cosy.

Les Mills Tone
Short activity description: Come join the lovely Karen for a mixture of strength, cardio and core training, a great introduction to all things group exercise. Loads of options to regress or progress depending on your level of fitness or how you just feel on the day

Body Pump Technique followed by express Body pump class .
Short activity description: Join our Fitness Manager for a technique of all things Body Pump. Work out what weights you need for what muscle group. Covering the basic moves and focusing on technique. An express class will then follow, allowing you to put your body to the test with your new moves.

Suitable for which age group/s: 16 + Even if you are a regular Body Pumper we can all get into bad habits so home in on your weak spots and newcomers learn the moves and feel comfortable going to class.
