What will happen to my membership?
Your membership will automatically transfer to Active Communities Together from 1 June. We’re working with Fusion Lifestyle to ensure that your price and your current access to the facilities all remain the same.
Because we did not receive high quality and accurate data from the previous operator some memberships may not have transferred. If you feel you have been affected please make contact with us here. We will ensure we get this rectified as quickly as possible to continue supporting you on your fitness journey.
What will happen to membership prices?
Our core membership prices are remaining the same at this time. In addition, we will have some exciting new membership options available soon.
If you feel your membership price has changed as part of the transfer please contact us here. Because we did not receive high quality and accurate data from the previous operator we are aware of a number of issues with the direct debit amount, we will ensure we get these rectified and support customers who are affected.
My direct debit wasn’t taken on the first of the month?

If we did not take your direct debit on the 1 June as usual we may try to take this on the 15 June, if you are affected we will communicate this with you directly. If you DO NOT hear from us before 15 June please contact your centre for more information. We will ensure we get these rectified and support customers who are affected.
My direct debit is collected on the 15th of the month.
We will in time be switching your direct debit collection to the first working day of the month. We will keep you updated on how we will manage this process to ensure it is smooth. Please ensure your email address is correct on your account so that you receive vital updates.
I’m not receiving email updates from you.
We may have been provided with an incorrect email address from the previous operator or you may have opted out of non essential communications, missing out on exciting updates. If you have checked your Junk/Spam and find nothing, please speak with the centre to confirm your email address and update your marketing preferences.
