Is there a limit to how many no-shows (strikes) I can have?

In accordance with our policies, missed sessions without proper notice are considered "strikes," which apply to both no-shows and lateness. If a member fails to attend a booked activity without canceling at least two hours before the start time on three occasions within a 30-day period, they will lose advanced booking rights for one week (7 days). 

We encourage our members to cancel any bookings in advance to avoid strikes and maintain their scheduling privileges. Consistent attendance ensures a fair opportunity for all members to access available sessions.
