What to Bring: Water bottle, loose gym clothing and trainers
How to book: No need to book, you can just turn up!

Activity Name: Group Exercise Classes
Short activity description: Join your favourite Instructor and classes in our new facility!
Location: Spin Studio & Studio 1
Time: 08:15 - 11:00
Suitable for which age group/s: 11+
What to Bring: Water bottle, loose gym clothing and trainers

Activity Name: Family Swim & Inflatable Sessions
Short activity description: Enjoy a swim with your family at Castle Swimming Pool
Location: Swimming Pool
Time: 08:15 - 11:00
Suitable for which age group/s: Suitable for all ages. Those booked into the Inflatable session must be
8 years and over and able to swim 25 meters.
What to Bring: Appropriate swimwear and a towel.

support your fitness and wellbeing goals! Come along to Castle Sports Centre at Boston
College Spalding Campus or Castle Swimming Pool and explore our facilities—with no
joining fee when you sign up!
