What to expect from our Open Weekend

Activity 1 name: Group Exercise Classes   
Short activity description:
Join in one of our classes that are running on the day.
Location: Studio 3 and Spin Studio
Suitable for which age group/s: Ages 16+ 
What to Bring: Don’t forget your water bottle,and £1.00 or trolley token for the lockers

Saturday 18th January 
08.00-08.45 - Body Attack:
A sports-inspired cardio workout for building both strength and stamina. It combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises to create a killer workout that gets results.
08:30-09:15 Indoor Cycling: Indoor cycling is a cardiovascular training class on a stationary exercise bike. You have complete control of the resistance on your bike and your instructor will guide you through hill climbs, sprints and power intervals, all aimed at increasing lower body strength and improving stamina.
09:00-09:45 Legs, Bums and Tums: A legs, bums and tums class is a perfect way to improve your overall body shape
10:00-10:45 Pilates: Pilates classes aim to increase full body strength, with particular emphasis on working your core muscles. Pilates exercises are done on a mat or using other specialised equipment.
11.00-11.45 HIIT: HIIT stands for high intensity interval training. In a HIIT class you will be expected to perform cardio exercises to your maximum effort for a short duration of time (usually 10-45 seconds) followed by a short rest period. This is repeated with the same or different exercises.


Sunday 19th January 
08:30-09:15 Body Pump: 
Get lean, build strength and tone muscle with BODYPUMP, a group-based barbell class to work all your major muscle groups
09:30-10:15 Indoor Cycling: Indoor cycling is a cardiovascular training class on a stationary exercise bike. 09:30 -10:30 Fitness Yoga: Power up your poses with dynamic yoga moves to give your body both a cardio workout and, an aura of calm
12:00-12:45 Body Conditioning: High impact classes targeting the whole body through strength, endurance and aerobic exercises. Focusing on strength, muscular endurance and fitness conditioning, these classes will help to develop a strong and toned physique and improve your overall fitness
13:00-13:45 Zumba: Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats.
14:00-15:00 Pilates: Pilates classes aim to increase full body strength, with particular emphasis on working your core muscles. Pilates exercises are done on a mat or using other specialised equipment.
15:30-16:00 Aqua Zumba: Aqua Zumba blends traditional Zumba moves and routines with water resistance. Featuring exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats

Come and workout in our 120 station gym 
Location: Gym floor 
Stat time: 08:00 
End time: 17:00
