Looking for a new challenge? The Rookie Lifeguard course teaches rescue techniques, first aid, and enhances swimming skills, while helping you stay safe in various water environments. It’s also the first step toward becoming a lifeguard or swimming instructor!
Open to anyone aged 8-16 who can swim 100m and is confident in deep water, the course is available to all, not just those who’ve completed the Learn to Swim programme.
