Lane Swimming

Lane swimming is a great way to work on your overall fitness. We offer different swimlanes depending on your ability and fitness levels: 

Slow: A lane for swimmers who can swim a complete length at a slow and steady pace. Where possible a double lane will be provided.


Medium: A lane for swimmers who can swim a complete length at a moderate pace without regular stopping i.e. under 45 seconds per 25 metres


Fast: A lane for swimmers who are comfortable swimming at a fast and consistent pace i.e. under 30 seconds per 25 metres
