Summer Intensive Swim Course £15 Offer

1. Promotional Period:
This offer is valid for bookings made for Summer Intensive courses 27 July - 28 August 2026.
The offer is only available at the designated centres listed below:

• Cardiff International Pool
• Penarth Leisure Centre
• Barry Leisure Centre
• Llantwit Major Leisure Centre
• Hengrove Park Leisure Centre
• Torbay Leisure Centre
• Tarka Leisure Centre
• Victoria Park Leisure Centre
• West Park Leisure Centre
• Caludon Castle Sports Centre
• Castle Swimming Pool
• Elm Park Leisure Centre
• Quarry House Leisure Centre

2. Offer Details:
Purchase of  a 30-minute group intensive swimming course between 27 July - 28 August 2026 will be charged £15 for the week’s course at the specified centres only.
This offer is valid for in-centre and online bookings 

3. Eligibility:
This offer is open to existing swimming lesson customers and non members.
The offer is subject to the availability of lesson slots and the instructor's availability. If the promoter cancels  a lesson or course then a pro-rata refund or alternative credit will be offered.

4. Booking and Payment:
Full payment for the discounted July and/or August lessons must be made at the time of booking to secure the discount.
No retrospective discounts will be applied.

 5. Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable:
The discounted lessons are non-refundable and non-transferable to another individual.
Online joiners are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period if the member has not attended any of the booked lessons and the course has not ended.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

6. No bookings will be accepted in bulk, from agents or third parties. 

7. To the fullest extent permitted by law (and subject to the clause below regarding liability for death, personal injury, or fraud), the Promoter hereby excludes all warranties, representations, covenants and liabilities (whether express or implied) relating to this Promotion.

8. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for: (i) death or personal injury as a result of its negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

9. If any of the provisions of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, that part shall be severed from the remainder of the provisions and the validity of the other provisions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected. 

• 9.1 Operational Cancellation: The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or reschedule any lesson or course at any time, in its sole discretion, due to operational requirements, including but not limited to: staff shortages, failure of plant or machinery, facility maintenance, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
• 9.2 Financial Remediation: In the event of a cancellation by the Promoter, the Promoter’s sole liability shall be to provide the customer with a pro-rata refund for the cancelled portion of the course or, at the customer’s option, a credit note to be used against future swimming lessons. The Promoter shall have no liability for any indirect or consequential loss, including travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by the customer as a result of such cancellation.
• 9.3 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this offer if such delay or failure results from an event of Force Majeure. "Force Majeure" means any event or occurrence outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to: pandemic, government-mandated lockdowns, acts of terrorism, extreme weather, failure of public utilities, or major structural failure of the facility.
• 9.4 Termination of Promotion: If an event of Force Majeure continues for a period exceeding 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to terminate the Promotion immediately upon notice, without further liability to participants.

10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
