Exciting improvements coming to your centre!

We are delighted to share news of a significant upgrade to our gym. This will include the replacement of a large proportion of the existing cardio and strength training equipment.

What changes are being made?

We will be upgrading a large selection of our cardio and strength training equipment with brand new equipment from Life Fitness and Hammer Strength.

New equipment includes:

Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Upright & Recumbent bikes with a mix of SE4 touchscreens and SL consoles
An additional two Powermill stairclimbers
Two brand new Total Body Arc Trainers
Replacement Smith Machines
Replacement adjustable benches, Olympic Bench Press and Incline Bench Press
Hammer Strength Select Standing Calf
Hammer Strength Select Lat Pulldown
Hammer Strength Select Assisted Dip/Chin
Hammer Strength Select Pectoral Fly/Rear Deltoid
Hammer Strength Plate Loaded Linear Leg Press
Hammer Strength Plate Loaded Super Fly

What are the proposed dates of refurb?

The project is scheduled to take place during March 2026, with the exact dates due to be confirmed nearer the time.

Can I continue to use the gym as normal?

Yes you can still use the centre as normal, part of the gym will be closed but we will endeavor to keep as much of the gym open as possible and disruption to a minimum.

How will I know how to safely and effectively use the new equipment?

If you are unsure how to use the equipment, team members will be available to offer support. Or you can book in for a re-induction at Reception or on the mobile app.

How will I know what’s going on?

We will send out emails with full details, and also provide updates via our social media channels. This FAQ’s page will be kept up to date in the lead up to the project and throughout.
