How do I book for others?

Add a member

The easiest way to book your family’s favorite classes is by using the Leisure Centre app. With our new Contact Groups feature, managing bookings for you and your family has never been easier. Follow these simple steps to add your family to your Contact Group:

• Click ‘Edit my account’
• Then select ‘Manage contacts’
• Select ‘Add contact’ and enter their membership number (you must know their membership number).
• Then click ‘Check’ to validate the number.
• Once validated, add the requested information. This could be mobile, postcode, etc.
• When all the fields are populated, select ‘Add Participant’ to complete the process.

Please note that if all details are correct the new member will show up under ‘Contacts’ on the My Family Members screen. If the details are incorrect, an error message will appear.

Book for another member

• Navigate to ‘Make a booking’.
• Select ‘Classes’ and choose your preferred class.
• You will be presented with a ‘Book for me’ or ‘Book for others’ option.
• Click on ‘Book for others’ and select the participants.
• Then select ‘Apply’ and complete the booking.
