Brent Dolphins

Brent Dolphins host a fun and friendly swimming environment for all. They train beginners from the age of 5 years old right through to Masters. They are the Borough’s only competitive swimming club and have trained swimmers to National level.

The Brent Blazers are a community based basketball club for children aged 8-16 yrs old They coach the fundamentals and the skills needed to improve playing potential. The club runs Saturdays, 2-4pm for £3.50 per session.

MG Gymstars is a recreational gymnastics club, started in 2010 by Michelle Guiseris Flemings. They offer classes on Mondays and Wednesdays. Their classes cater for children of all ages who will get the opportunity to learn the sport in a safe and fun environment.

Queens Park Harriers are a local running club that welcome all runners of all abilities and age, and offer a range of training sessions and social events for adults and juniors alike.

Volleyball is a skilful, relaxing and fun way to exercise. It is a fast, high-flying sport which demands and builds speed agility and teamwork – which results in fun.

West London Weightlifting Club is the sister company to Zodiac Arts which holds full charity status (no. 1106475). Olympic Weightlifting is one of several strands of the sports they specialise in.

The club is suitable for all levels including complete beginners. They also regularly enter athletes into competitions and have produced a British Junior Champion, London Youth Games Champion and numerous regional champions.
