Your 3-day free trial gives you access to our main facilities, including our fully equipped gym, swimming pool, fitness classes, fitness support, and more.
Please note, facilities are subject to availability on the day of your visit and certain activities may incur additional fees. Booking sessions in advance with our reception team is recommended, particularly during peak times.
The 3-day trial is available to customers aged 18 and over, who have not previously used a free trial at any Parkwood Leisure Centre within the last 6 months.
Simply complete the short online form on our website, and a member of our team will be in touch to schedule a face to face appointment with you at your chosen Leisure Centre.
Please bring a photographic ID (to your activation appointment), a towel, water bottle, and suitable clothes and swimwear for your planned activities.
Your 3-day trial period starts from the day you register in the centre and runs for 3 consecutive days.
The 3-day trial offer is not transferable between Centres and is valid in participating Leisure Centre sites only.
Only one 3-day trial may be taken per person, over a 6 month period.
We’d love to welcome you as a full member at one of our Centres! You can join online, or speak to our friendly team at reception to find the membership that suits you best.
