Admission Policy

Admission Policy has to be followed at all times within the Leisure Centre, if this is not adhered to, staff have the right to refuse entry.

1 Adult to 1 Child Under 4 years old 

1 Adult to 2 Children 4 - 7 years old. Children must be wearing an approved buoyancy aid 

1 Adult to 2 Children where 1 is under 4 years and 1 is 4 - 7 years old. Youngest child must be wearing an approved buoyancy aid. 

Sessions will run in all weather eventualities. Bookings are non refundable and non transferable. 

Customers are required to show up within 30 minutes of the start of the booking. If they fail to sign in, their booking is at risk of being cancelled. This cancellation will be none refundable or transferable. 

Woodgreen Leisure Centre will have the right to credit your booking in extreme weather conditions only such as thunder and lightning.
