The ‘Active Communities Together’ terms specifically apply to Hutton Moor Leisure Centre, Backwell Leisure Centre, Scotch Horn Leisure Centre, Princess Royal Sports Arena, Castle Sports Complex, Castle Swimming Pool, Dartmouth Leisure Centre, Ivybridge Leisure Centre, Quayside Leisure Centre, Totnes Leisure Centre, Parklands Leisure Centre, and Meadowlands Leisure Centre. All other sites are governed by our standard ‘General’ terms.
These General Terms apply to all services, products, and platforms provided by Parkwood Leisure, Legacy Leisure, Lex Leisure, 1 Life Management Solutions, and Creating Active Futures, and set out the rules and responsibilities for using our websites, facilities, programmes, and digital services.
These terms and conditions apply specifically where Active Communities Together acts as an agent of the Local Authority, outlining the rules and responsibilities for participating in its activities, accessing resources, and engaging with its services and digital platforms.
Please note that for certain facilities and services, we operate as an agent on behalf of a Local Authority or Trust. In these 'Agency' relationships, the Local Authority or Trust is the 'Data Controller' and we act as the 'Data Processor'. For more information on individual Local Authority or Trust Data Protection policies, please refer to the dropdown list below to find your specific Local Authority, participating sites, and their corresponding data protection notices.
