boditrax quickly measures and analyses a variety of health metrics to provide a detailed breakdown of your body composition. This will allow you a greater understanding of your physical make up and allow you to create a much more personalised health and wellbeing plan.
Boditrax takes 14 measurements within just 30 seconds including your overall Bodyweight, Body Mass Index (BMI), Metabolic Age, Muscle Mass, Bone Mass and Body Water. The information is presented in an easy to understand and colourful graphic. The more green on the screen, the better!
Using these insights, you can effectively target the metrics which matter most to you and specifically tailor your health and wellbeing activities to help you achieve your goals. Use the boditrax machine just once a month to track your progress. Define your own exercise programme or discuss your results and establish a bespoke plan with one of our Personal Trainers.
