Are there default charges for failed payments?

If you fall behind with your monthly payments and we are unable to collect your membership fees on the 1st working day of a month as agreed upon joining, then a £20 default fee will apply on top of your monthly payment for each missed payment. We will try to resubmit your direct debit mid month with the additional £20 charge.

If you cancel your direct debit without the required full calendar month notice a £20 default fee will apply on top of the final month's payment.
