How can I track my child's progress?

When you join through our online booking system, you’ll be prompted to create a ‘Home Portal’ account. If you registered in person at one of our Centres, you may need to activate your account using your Membership Card ID, which can be found in your booking confirmation email.

Never miss a moment of your child's swimming journey. Our Home Portal lets you track their progress online. You can see the outcomes for each Swimming Lesson stage and get notifications when your child achieves an award.
