How can I update my personal details on the app?

To update your personal details on the app, follow these steps:

 

  • Tap on ‘Edit my account’
  • Select ‘My profile’
  • Update your personal information and communication preferences.
  • Tap the ‘Save’ icon at the top right of your screen.

 

You can also update your email address, password, and contacts via the ‘My account’ section, where you can also view bills and payments. If you need further help or can’t find what you’re looking for, contact your local centre for assistance.
