What should I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

Your login details are the initial email and password that you have selected when registering. If you have forgotten your password you can follow the below steps:

 

  • Navigate to the ‘Manage my bookings’ page, which will automatically bring up the login screen.
  • On the login screen on the app tap “Reset password”.
  • Enter your email address on the “Password Reset” screen and click submit.
  • You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.

 

Further instructions would be included in the email. If however, you still appear to experience issues, please contact a member of staff at your local centre.
