You will ride a stationary bicycle in our fitness studio alongside our motivating instructors and a great soundtrack! We have created a group cycling programme that has something for everyone, whether you are a complete beginner, or a pro looking for a tough endurance session, join in for a great workout!

Kettlebells is a high energy fitness class based on swinging and manoeuvring a weighted ball to upbeat music. Kettlebells are renowned for their ability to condition your core muscles and ultimately effectively tone your entire body giving you lean definition and shape. It is surprising how few sessions you will need to attend before really noticing a difference in your posture and overall fitness. Kettlebells is inclusive of both men and women, and you get to chose your own weights making the activity as gentle or as tough as you want!
