Group Cycling

Group cycling is the popular instructor-led group fitness class which can be tailored for everyone. You will ride a stationary bicycle in our fitness studio alongside our motivating instructors and a great soundtrack! We have created a group cycling programme that has something for everyone, whether you are a complete beginner, or a pro looking for a tough endurance session, join in for a great workout!

Kettlebell

Kettlebells is a high energy fitness class based on swinging and manoeuvring a weighted ball to upbeat music. Kettlebells are renowned for their ability to condition your core muscles and ultimately effectively tone your entire body giving you lean definition and shape. It is surprising how few sessions you will need to attend before really noticing a difference in your posture and overall fitness. Kettlebells is inclusive of both men and women, and you get to chose your own weights making the activity as gentle or as tough as you want!

Yoga

With physical, spiritual, and mental benefits to yoga - it truly is a holistic activity. Our qualified instructors provide a programme that will give you a beneficial workout that increases muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and core stability. Yoga is an excellent activity to improve posture and enhance your breathing technique. It has been proven to have positive effects on our mental well-being; decreasing stress and anxiety whilst promoting attention and concentration.

Core and Flexibility

We want you to work your way to a well-toned body through a series of exercises that engage with your core; conditioning, strengthening, and tightening your deep muscles. When you engage with your core muscles, this in turn tightens surrounding muscles making a visible difference on the outside! These classes are suitable for all, no matter what experience or ability you may have, everyone can benefit from a core workout!
