Personal Training is now available at Woodgreen Leisure Centre.  Our personal trainers, Matt and Sara, are qualified to deliver safe and effective exercise programmes to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Goals can often include weight loss, fat loss, cardio-vascular fitness, returning after injury  or for athletic purposes and improved sports performance. Everyone is different, we each have different abilities and requirements when it comes to exercise and your Personal Training will be tailored to suit you and what you enjoy.

I am a Personal Trainer at Woodgreen Leisure Centre. I have been based at the leisure centre for over three years. During this time I have experienced a lot within the Fitness/Leisure Industry and gained my level 2 fitness instructor and level 3 personal trainer qualifications.

I am also qualified instructor for group cycling and circuit training. Within the class timetable I teach 3 classes a week, these being:

  • Circuit Training
  • Total Body Tone
In my spare time, I enjoy keeping fit, active and go to the gym regularly. I am very much into my sports and I love playing football and cricket when I get the chance too.   If you are looking to take your fitness journey to the next level.
