About Cycling

Cycling is a great activity that helps you embrace a healthier lifestyle and increase fitness. Whether you a looking to blow away the cobwebs after work, or if you are searching for something fun to do with your spare time; cycling is a rewarding sport to take part in. With races, timed runs, and leisurely cycle sessions available, cycling is an inclusive activity for everyone.

Cycling is an excellent cardio workout, whether you are racing for a personal best or taking it easy on a leisurely ride. You can improve your stamina and endurance over time, and it is a great outdoor activity to increase mental concentration and focus. Cycling is a great activity to increase strength and power, especially in the lower body. All these physical benefits are great, but remember you can keep a clear conscience as you’re being good to the environment too!

What Should I Wear?

We recommend you wear light and breathable sportswear to keep cool and appropriate footwear such as trainers with adequate stability. You may wish to consider brining cycling gloves to keep hands blister free. Don't forget to bring plenty of water to keep hydrated during your session.
