Core Strength - Tuesday - 10.30 - 11.15
Core Strength is a 45 minute workout designed to tighten & tone the midsection of your body. This class will improve your balance & coordination. This workout will also tone your abs, butt & legs using your own body weight, resistance bands & dumbells.
Bodytone - Wednesday -19.30 - 20.30
Full body conditioning & strengthening workout, improving functional strength, flexibility & coordination. It is also excellent for improving vital core strength.
Step Aerobics - Monday - 18.30 - 19.15
Burn calories & shape your body with easy to follow routines on & around the step. A Fantastic fat burning workout that will help to improve your strength & fitness endurance. This is a total body training experience suitable for all fitness levels.
