Aqua-Fit - Wednesday 20:00-20:45
A high energy and fun fitness class in which you perform a range of aerobic moves in the pool. Ideal for fat burning and for a real energy boost, AquaFit will help you increase your stamina, tone up all areas of your body, as well as bust some stress! The water provides added resistance and support for a challenging workout that is non-weight bearing making it suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.
