About Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a combination of deep breathing, relaxation, and gentle movements aimed to increase balance, stability, and strength. Tai Chi is a great way to reduce stress and anxiety embracing peaceful and relaxing movements. Tai Chi is a low impact form of exercise that doesn’t put undue pressure on joints and bones. No matter what your age, ability or experience Tai Chi is suitable for all.
Tai Chi is most notable for fighting feelings of fatigue and stress. The combination of movements invigorates the body letting all feelings of anxiety seep away. As well as the mental benefits associated with Tai Chi it is also an excellent activity to improve circulation, balance, and strength.
What Should I Wear?
We will guide you through a range of exercises which is why we recommend you wear flexible and comfortable clothing to move in. We also recommend comfortable footwear, such as trainers, that provide adequate stability and flexibility. We strongly advise you to bring plenty of water to keep hydrated during your session.
