Wales Firebreak

Following the most recent official government guidance regarding Covid-19, we regret to inform you that our welsh centres have closed as of 23 October until 9 November. The closure includes all activities including fitness classes, access to the gyms, swimming pools and swimming lessons.
Our customers are our first priority and as such we want to reassure all of our members that you will not pay for something you can’t use due to the lockdown.

What happens with my membership?

For flexible memberships we will discount the next direct debit by 50% to allow for the days lost in October and November.
For all pay monthly fixed membership, we will discount your next direct debit by 50% and contracts will not be extended, meaning that your contract will still have the same end date regardless of the closure period.
Please do NOT cancel your direct debit at the bank, this freeze will happen automatically.

What if I pay for my membership on a pre-paid annual basis?

We will also be pausing and extending any annual memberships to resume once we reopen. The credited time will be added to the end of your membership and we will be in touch when we reopen to confirm your new expiry date.

What happens with swimming lessons or activity bookings?

Much like our monthly memberships, we will be reducing November’s direct debit payment by 50% for swimming lessons. These sessions will automatically be frozen, and your space will be reserved, therefore you do not need to take any action.
Any pre-paid bookings such as children’s birthday parties, sports courts and rentals will be credited to allow you to re-book for a future date. We will be in contact in due course to keep you informed of the centre’s reopening and therefore the continuation of your swimming lessons and activity bookings.
