Cheerleading is a great workout, developing your flexibility and core strength through regular stretches and through practicing different stunts. Meeting new friends is guaranteed in our sessions; cheerleading is social and great for team building- you will literally support one another! What Should I Wear?
For training we recommend you wear comfortable clothing with plenty of flexibility. We also recommend suitable footwear, such as trainers, with good stability. Don’t forget to bring plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated during your sessions!
