Team work is even more essential as you only get 3 seconds with the ball and designated areas for your position! With just 7 players on one team, you will need to be sprinting, dodging, jumping and twisting to get the ball into the net!

The fitness benefits to playing netball are numerous; you get a great cardio workout as well as increased flexibility and agility. Anyone can join in, regardless of height, age or ability.
What Should I Wear?
We recommend that you wear comfortable footwear and light, comfortable sportswear to maximise flexibility and to ensure that you are kept cool. Don't forget to bring plenty of water to keep hydrated during your session.
