Our running club is an excellent way to participate in a great fitness workout, whether you are running for the first time or a seasoned athlete. Our friendly and knowledgeable instructors will ensure that you are healthy and able before leaving the centre. A few warm up drills will ensure that you are fully energised for a safe outdoor run led by our instructors.
Running club is a great fitness activity for all, with numerous health benefits. Running can support any other sporting activity especially triathlons and cardio-based sports. The best thing about running is that you can go at your own pace with motivational instructors there to help at every stage, making it inclusive for all. What Should I Wear?
We want you to be as comfortable as possible, which is why we recommend that you wear loose fitting clothing or sportswear and it is especially important that you have supportive footwear such as trainers. We highly advise that your bring plenty of water to keep you hydrated during your session.
