Use our facilities to increase your strength and overall ability. You can focus on strengthening any aspect of your body through specific and focused training sessions. Come along to our centre and ask one of our friendly team for a personalised programme to help your fitness to progress in the way you want it to.

The skills and developments you make whilst strength training can be easily transferred into other sports. Needless to say, when you take part in strength training you will be increasing muscle density and power as well as learning the correct and safe techniques to each activity.

Beth ddylwn i wisgo?

We advise you wear light breathable clothing or sportswear for maximum comfort and flexibility, as well as suitable footwear. We also advise you bring plenty of water to keep you hydrated during your session.
