Use our facilities to complement and increase your sporting ability. You can improve on any aspect of your fitness, be it strength, agility, speed, or endurance to name but a few. Come along to the centre and ask one of our friendly team for a personalised programme to help you progress in your chosen sport.

The skills and developments you make during sports training will transfer effectively into your chosen sport. By improving your skills and fitness on a regular basis you are able to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Specific benefits are dependent on the activities you chose to focus on, however an overall increase in health and wellbeing is guaranteed from regular training.

Beth ddylwn i wisgo?

Clothing is dependent on your activity; however in most cases we recommend that you wear light breathable clothing or sportswear for maximum comfort and flexibility. You will also need to bring suitable footwear like trainers for support and stability. Don’t forget to bring plenty of water to keep your hydrated during your session.
