With regular participation in some of the activities we offer, you could notice a huge difference in energy, stamina, and strength. Not only are these activities good for you in the short term, they can prevent complications in the long term and can increase heart and lung efficiency! Exercise has a huge impact on wellbeing by simply relieving stress and tension making you feel great!
We recommend you wear flexible and comfortable clothing to move in, as well as comfortable footwear (such as trainers) that provides adequate stability and flexibility. We also strongly advise you to bring plenty of water to keep hydrated during your session.
