Reporting to the Centre Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the centre’s food & beverage and function/event operation; customer care and leading and managing a team of catering staff.
A supervisory or management qualification is desirable as well as a recognised food & beverage/catering qualification, which is essential.
The successful candidate should have extensive knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry, good leadership & communication skills, flexibility and a commitment to customer service are essential.
