About Tea Dance
Join in with one of our Tea Dance classes, where you will learn basic movement steps, a short piece of choreography or an introduction to waltz. These classes will get you moving and socialising with other people, as well as the opportunity to mingle over lovely refreshments like tea and coffee.

What Should I Wear?
The aim of these classes is to get you moving! This is why we recommend you wear comfortable footwear (such as trainers) and breathable clothing or sportswear. We also highly advise that you bring plenty of water to keep you hydrated during your session.
