What Should I Wear?
Spinning is a great workout, and will certainly get you sweating. We recommend you wear light and breathable sportswear to keep cool and appropriate footwear such as trainers with adequate stability. You may wish to consider bringing cycling gloves to keep hands blister free. We highly advise you bring plenty of water to keep hydrated during your session.
