Basketball is a skilful and high-paced game with a huge emphasis on team work. Two opposing teams play one another and try to pass, dribble and shoot the ball into the net. The team with the most points win. With plenty of opportunity to showcase some great moves, basketball is fun and inclusive for all!
Basketball is an awesome sport for developing strength, speed, and agility. It is a superb cardiovascular workout making it an excellent choice to maintain fitness. The social benefits to basketball are numerous; allowing you to cooperate with others for one common goal. The inclusive nature of basketball can boost your confidence tenfold, especially if you manage a slam dunk!
We recommend that you wear comfortable footwear and light sportswear to maximise flexibility and to ensure that you are kept cool. Don't forget to bring plenty of water to keep hydrated during your session.
