Ballroom can be enjoyed both competitively and socially. If you would like to keep in shape whilst exercising in a social and fun environment then join in with one of our Sway Dance Ballroom classes. You can learn new skills, dance moves and techniques with our competent instructors who will be on hand to guide you and ensure that you gain the full benefits from each session. These classes are partner based, ideal for bringing friends and family along, or even to meet new friends during your session.

What Should I Wear?
The aim of these classes is to get you moving! This is why we recommend you wear comfortable footwear (such as trainers) and breathable clothing or sportswear. . If you do have a pair of Ballroom shoes please wear these. We also highly advise that you bring plenty of water to keep you hydrated during your session.
