Ballet offers an incredible workout, engaging with your core muscles to develop stability and strength to create and perform beautiful ballet manoeuvres. Ballet is an excellent way to maintain fitness and stay toned as well as the chance to meet new friends and develop friendships in a new social group!
What Should I Wear?
You will need to wear a leotard and tights (tutus are optional) as well as ballet pumps. We recommend you bring plenty of water to keep you hydrated during your sessions.
