"I’ve been attending yoga with Jo since October 2017. Her enthusiasm and passion for yoga is infectious and never wains. The classes are always different and well attended.
After a prolapsed disc left my right leg with nerve damage and regular cramps I was told to try yoga. I try to do at least 2 classes a week and recently haven't had any cramp and am finding my body shape changing slightly. I still have weakness on the right but its much less noticable.
Woodgreen is the friendliest gym I have been to and very welcoming. I would highly recommend to anyone"
