T’ai Chi Chih is a series of 19 gentle movements and one pose that anyone can do
regardless of age or physical ability.
It’s a gentle moving meditation that helps relax and refresh mind, body and spirit promoting
health and wellbeing. No previous experience or special equipment is required, and we
practice in normal clothes. All students work within their own capabilities and feel the
benefits with regular practice.
The groups are friendly and welcoming and the teacher encouraging and patient.
