Personal Training is now available at Woodgreen Leisure Centre.  Our personal trainers, Matt and Sara, are qualified to deliver safe and effective exercise programmes to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Goals can often include weight loss, fat loss, cardio-vascular fitness, returning after injury  or for athletic purposes and improved sports performance. Everyone is different, we each have different abilities and requirements when it comes to exercise and your Personal Training will be tailored to suit you and what you enjoy.

I have been in the Fitness Industry for the past 12 years where I have built up my experience and my knowledge.  I specialise in weight loss and building muscle and I love helping build people’s confidence and self esteem.
