About Group Cycling
Group cycling is the popular instructor-led group fitness class which can be tailored for everyone. You will ride a stationary bicycle in our fitness studio alongside our motivating instructors and a great soundtrack! We have created a group cycling programme that has something for everyone, whether you are a complete beginner, or a pro looking for a tough endurance session, join in for a great workout!
It’s safe, it’s dry and it’s a great workout! Group cycling is an excellent activity to increase your overall fitness, strength and endurance- especially in your lower body. You can gain all the benefits of cycling within a group but with the added bonus of working to your own ability. Group cycling will also give you the opportunity to meet new people. You should try a group cycling class at least once, we’re sure you’ll keep coming back!
What Should I Wear?
Group cycling is a great workout, and will certainly get you sweating. We recommend you wear light and breathable sportswear to keep cool and appropriate footwear such as trainers with adequate stability. Don't forget to bring plenty of water to keep hydrated during your session.
