Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Parkwood Leisure Ltd’s relationship with you in relation to this website.

The term “Parkwood Leisure Ltd” or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Little Bowbrook, Walton Road, Hartlebury, Worcestershire, DY10 4JA. Our company registration number is 3232979 England. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Policies and procedures are subject to change without notice and may vary from centre to centre. While every effort is made to ensure that all the information on this site is up to date and correct, Parkwood Leisure will not be held responsible for any loss, direct or indirect resulting from use of this information.

B. On-line bookings

B1. Booking Times
The booking time covers the period of use including up to 5 minutes setting up and up to 5 minutes clearing away of facilities relating to the booking.
B2. Confirmation of booking/checking-in
2.1 All hirers, customers must report to reception on arrival
2.2 All on line bookings are confirmed by the issuing of a booking confirmation direct to your nominated email address
2.3 A booking confirmation will only be issued subject to receipt of payment
2.4 The booking confirmation slip must be produced at reception on arrival of the reception to validate a booking
2.5 All bookings are made in the name of a specified individual as set out on the booking confirmation. Proof of identity may be required. Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.
B3. Conditions of Use
All hires and bookings are made subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use that may apply from time to time. These are available from reception and displayed at the Leisure Centre, and issued with any membership.
If members rights are abused the membership may be terminated without notice. Membership is non-refundable.
B4. Cancellation of bookings
Confirmed bookings are subject to the cancellation policy of the centre.
B5. Non-attendance
Members who fail to attend for a confirmed booking will be re-charged at the standard facility rate.

C. expressions Health and Fitness membership sales

1. This package is offered for a minimum of 12 months. Members can pay either by annual subscription in advance, or pay monthly by Direct Debit. For granting this credit, members pay an additional 10% charge which is incorporated in the Direct Debit payments.
2. If you wish to terminate your Direct Debit membership agreement during the first 12 months you must do so in writing to the Centre where you joined the expressions membership scheme. A single cancellation fee equivalent to 2 monthly payments will be required. Annual memberships are non refundable.
3. Direct Debit Payments will continue beyond 12 months until such time as you advise us in writing of your intention to cancel. Please notify us at least 14 days before your Direct Debit due date.
4. If you cancel your membership for any reason, it will be necessary to pay a further administration fee when you restart.
5. In exceptional circumstances, e.g injury or pregnancy, you may be allowed to defer your membership for an agreed period (Up to a maximum of 6 months). This request must be to your Centre, in writing, stating the reason for deferral and including supporting medical evidence. We reserve the right to decline your application, or apply an administration fee.
6. During your first 12 months, you can transfer your Direct Debit membership to a friend or relative who can then take over the remainder of your existing membership. Your cancellation fee would then be waived. A nominal administration charge of £25 for the transfer will be made to the new member. Please contact the Centre for a transferral form.
7. All Members are required to show their Membership Card at Reception or swipe through the fast track barrier. A photograph will be required on joining for identification purposes. Members will be refused free entry into expressions activities without a valid Membership Card. There is a small charge to replace lost or stolen cards. Membership cards are non-transferable and must only be used by the named cardholder. The cardholder only can make bookings.
8. The expressions Membership includes a free Saver Membership (where applicable), which will be valid for the term of your membership.
9. Certain activities under the expressions Membership require prior booking to guarantee availability. A booking receipt will be required from Reception for all sessions and must be handed to the appropriate Instructor.
10. Booking times for all expressions activities must be adhered to for Health and Safety reasons. As a result, if you attend at a later or earlier time than booked you may be refused entry.
11. In general, unless advertised otherwise, all sessions are for one hour. This allows all our Members to have the opportunity to utilise the facilities. However, you may be able to extend your visit providing the facility is not fully utilised.
12. Please make every effort to advise the Centre if not attending a session. This will allow other customers to utilise the space. Members who do not attend booked sessions without 48 hours prior notice will be charged the current cost of the missed activity.
13. You must use all equipment and facilities in an appropriate manner and give safe regard to your own Health and Safety and to that of others.
14. We will write to inform you a minimum of two weeks before the introduction of any price increase. Please inform us if your personal details change e.g address, telephone number, email.
15. We reserve the right to withdraw all or any part of our facilities for any periods where we require them for exhibitions, or in connection with repair, alteration or maintenance work. Refunds will not be applicable under these conditions.
16. We accept no liability for lost or stolen goods whilst on our premises unless as a direct result of our negligence. Property stored in lockers is at your own risk. Cars parked in the car park and all contents in them are your responsibility and we will not accept any liability for loss or damage to them.
17. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are fit to use the facilities and you should inform in writing, a member of the Fitness Team if your health or any medical conditions/medication changes.
18. Members must comply with conditions of use displayed throughout the centre relevant to each activity.
19. Parkwood Leisure reserve the right to adjust or amend the terms and conditions as necessary without prior notice. Members are requested to adhere to the terms and condition of use. These may vary from time to time within the centre of choice.
20. We reserve the right to cancel a Membership if these conditions are not adhered to.
