There are a couple of ways in which you can get started with Cycling at Spiceball Leisure Centre:

What Should I Wear?

We recommend you wear light and breathable sportswear to keep cool and appropriate footwear such as trainers with adequate stability. You may wish to consider brining cycling gloves to keep hands blister free. Don't forget to bring plenty of water to keep hydrated during your session.
