About Adult Swimming Lessons

It’s never too late to learn how to swim! We aim to deliver the best swimming lessons out there; engaging and motivating all abilities and ultimately providing the perfect springboard into independent swimming. For ages 16+ we welcome beginners as well as improvers wishing to develop their overall ability. You will have plenty of time to ask questions and the opportunity to progress at your own pace. Aquazone follows specific stages (1-7) to gradually progress learners into excellent swimmers.
