About Diving Lessons

If you are a competent swimmer (Aquazone level 8, or equivalent) and you feel like you need a fresh challenge, diving is an exhilarating step forward! Our qualified diving instructors will guide you through all elements of diving, so that you can leap into perfect form. With a clear path for progression and development consistently monitored, you will get the very best out of our diving lessons.

Benefits of Diving Lessons

Diving is an excellent way of having fun with great health benefits. You will improve on flexibility, agility as well as strength and precision. Not only can diving be sociable, but it can be a great confidence boost in the swimming pool.

What Should I Wear?

You will need a swimming costume as well as a towel to dry off. A swimming cap will be provided for you.
