About Trampolining

Similar to gymnastics, trampolining can be beautiful and daring; a perfect showcase of balance and body control. Varied movements and technique makes for a fun and diverse sporting activity. Trampolining can competitive or gentle making it an inclusive sport suitable for most abilities and ages.

The Benefits of You could be perfecting your balance, strength, and overall fitness through trampolining while making friends and being social too! Just a few sessions of trampolining can lead to you seeing a difference in muscle tone and flexibility. Trampolining is an excellent activity to make friends, placing you in a social circle- great for team work and social interaction! Trampolining is a fun and truly rewarding activity!

What Should I Wear?

We recommend that you wear light, comfortable sportswear to maximise flexibility and to ensure that you are kept cool. We would also strongly advise that you bring plenty of water to keep hydrated during your session.
